Terms of Service

By creating an account or using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

PrimeWash provides on-demand laundry pickup, washing, folding, and delivery services. We pick up your laundry from your specified location, professionally wash and fold your garments, and return them to your designated address.

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

When you place an order through the Service, you agree to the following:

• Orders are subject to availability in your service area.
• Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational circumstances.
• You may reschedule or cancel a pickup up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup window at no charge.
• Late cancellations (less than 2 hours before pickup) may incur a cancellation fee.

Pricing for our services is listed on our website and may change from time to time. Key pricing terms:

• Wash & Fold services are charged by weight after processing. The minimum order is 10 lbs.
• Bag-based orders are invoiced after we weigh your items at our facility.
• You will be charged after your items have been weighed and/or counted — never before.
• Payment is processed through our secure payment provider. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file.
• Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

We take the utmost care with your garments. However, please note:

• We follow care label instructions. Items without care labels are cleaned at the owner’s risk.
• We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or inherent defects in materials.
• In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged due to our negligence, our liability is limited to 10 times the cleaning cost of that item, up to a maximum of $200 per item.
• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Submit items that are hazardous, biohazardous, or excessively contaminated.
• Misrepresent the contents of your laundry order.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or our systems.

The Service, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of PrimeWash and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeWash and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
