No! Most of our customers leave their bag at the door or with a doorman. You'll receive real-time notifications when your driver is on the way and when your bag has been collected.

You're charged after your items are weighed and processed — never before. You'll receive an itemized receipt via email with the exact weight and cost breakdown.

We offer pickup and delivery 7 days a week. Monday–Saturday from 7 AM to 9 PM, and Sunday from 8 AM to 6 PM. You can choose a 2-hour window that works best for you.
Absolutely. You can reschedule or cancel any pickup up to 2 hours before the start of your window — no fees, no questions asked. Just update it in the app or website.
While it's extremely rare, we're fully insured. If an item is lost or damaged, report it within 48 hours and we'll either repair, replace, or reimburse you for the item's value.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and never store your full card details on our servers. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
